Problems completing payment?

We really do value your order - so if you have had a problem with payment please do not give up!

Please do just send us an email and we can organise payment with you directly, please email us at info@black-isle.com and we can arrange to send your copy out.

 

Alternatively you could try the below solutions to possible problems:

- if the Paypal payment page is displaying in the wrong language: delete the cookies on your computer (tools - internet options - delete - delete cookies) and try again, the page will now default to English.

- if you have problems due to you forgetting your Paypal password, or the details of old email that you registered with Paypal: try the Paypal help page for what to do with lost information - click here, or alternatively please contact us if you have any problems - we would hate to lose your order.
